Disconnects, Information, and Compensation
Regarding the current, ongoing issues of User Lobby Disconnects, Server Disconnects, and Channel Switch Disconnects we have found the root to the problems.
• User Lobby Disconnect: It is most likely related, but not exclusive, to the Dice event. Riders who roll on one character, and then switch to another character may be affected. Our developers were able to reproduce the issue and are looking into having this issue resolved.
• Server Disconnect: Our developers have an idea of what might be causing the issue. However, additional logs will need to be investigated to find the root cause.
• Channel Change Disconnect: We think the issue that is causing the server disconnect is also causing this issue.
• Fishing Invalid State Message: The issue has been reproduced by our internal staff and is being worked on.
More details will be shared in the future as these issues develop.
We are dedicating the rest of September to bug fixes in lieu of releasing new content.
For accounts that have logged in during the affected issue dates, 9/1/2017 to 9/20/2017, we are offering a compensation rewards.
