Same problem unresolved for more than 3 days .. The support does nothing, they do not care about our problems !!!!!

    Those from technical support are offline all the time !!

    If you're referring to the CS live chat, it only operates during regular business hours for their time zone (California). I'd recommend trying to contact them during those times if possible.

    Sometimes CS can fall behind in responding to tickets, they respond to tickets as soon as they're able, please try to be patient and remember to provide as much information as possible. Have you tried connecting via ethernet cord if using wi-fi? Have you tried restarting your router/modem? Are you using a VPN to play? There are steps you can try to take while CS replies to your ticket, I suggest trying some of them in case one of them helps.
