Known issues for the month of December 2017:

(NEW)Generalized Latency: The Jan. 3rd maintenance was done to help remedy some of the generalized latency/lag issues. It is though that some of the issues users have been experiencing was from the game servers not being refreshed for a certain period of time. This is something we don’t see often as there are server refreshes/maintenances that occur almost on a weekly basis.
(NEW)Recipes: The community has expressed that they’ve found issues with recipes and missing components. We are looking into the reasons why some are missing or lack components.
(NEW)Nexon Launcher Issue: Some users were reporting that they were unable to launch the game via Nexon Launcher it turns out it was a companywide problem that wasn’t unique to just Icarus.
(NEW)Weapon/mount/pet Stat Changes: In most cases, stats change on events mounts/pets once the event they are obtained from is over, much like all the Phantom mounts obtained during this past Halloween’s event. However, we are finding that users have been reporting other stats that have changed with no notice, like the Stingray heroic/legendary
(NEW)Broken Sled: This issue has been addressed and a fix will be applied in the 1/11 maintenance.
(NEW)Difficult/Easy New Events: After the feedback gathered from the Ellandfel Event Dungeon and Rascally Sainted Rabbini Event, we will use the feedback to plan future event accordingly. One thing we learned from these events is that the utilization of Action Mode is much more important than we’d expected.


Invalid State Error: This issue has been reported and it is currently still being investigated. For some, the error was caused by the over-use (spamming) of the ‘F’ key, while others receive the error under different methods.
Continued Disconnections: After the initial disconnection fix, there are some users that are still experiencing this issue. Data is still being collected to pinpoint how this issue is similar, yet somehow differed from its predecessor.


Future Content: Our internal teams are finalizing the content pipeline coming in 2018. No dates are finalized. However, we'd like to start revealing tidbits of information to the community on where Riders of Icarus will go in 2018!

    1 MAJOR issue is missing....Trickster causing laggs for whole party....this issue continues since trickster release -.-

    For the time being, Known Issues are only for issues and concerns that have come up during any given month. Each month we will post problems that have been discovered or have returned to let players know what's going on. We most likely won't go back and do this for bug that were discovered before the Known Issues list was implemented.

    Should there be any movement on the Trickster Lag, it will be updated in patch notes accordingly.

    Wouldnt it be better to have a complete list of known bugs and such that are being worked on....i mean it would be much clearer to all and you dont have to look into 2-3 threads and still think "do they know or care about this or that bug" ?

    I would love to, but we can't.
    We're not allowed to report the status of internal issues. We will be more than happy to report on bugs that are fixed or close to being fixed (like when they'll be implemented).

    It's good to know the devs are working...

    An issue "about ranger's backflip can't dodge aoe dmg if you use it too late" has been there for some time.... Maybe it's intented, but never fixed.
