Update 1: Maintenance has been extended for 2 hours.

We will be performing a Unscheduled maintenance on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 3 hours. Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

    After maintenance I can't nor update, nor repair, nor reinstall the game..
    It says "This product can't be installed".

    1st I tried to repair;
    2nd I tried to disconnect, close launcher and redo the process;
    3rd I tried to uninstall and then re-download the game;

    Now what to do? I'm stuck in an endless error no matter what i do..

    OK first of all, what platform you running?
    Also if you're running anything over win7 you're going to have to do a clean un-install.
    That means all apps you have as well and the program files.
    Check everything, then restart and do a clean install. if that doesn't work get back here and we'll see whats up. I had this issue happen last year when they 'improved' windows 10. I know i recently got updates for that and everything seems like its working.

    The following announcement was made at 11:22 am by GM Arch_Angel today!

    FOR THE PLAYERS USING NEXON LAUNCHER:
    1. Uninstall Nexon Launcher.
    2. Download and Install Nexon Launcher.
    (Note: Do not use an old Nexon Launcher installer)
    3. Re-install the game.
    If you cannot launch the game please refer to steps 1-2.
    4. Repair your game client using Nexon Launcher.
    (This should automatically download the update of your game)

    If all of these still do not work please inform us (the GM's) ASAP

    I uninstalled the launcher and nothing.. I had to clear all data manually and finally I could reinstall everything (after 5hrs of download.. R.I.P Gold Talisman)

    Some Riders are not getting this information about not seeing the event quests & uninstall-reinstall. Could you put the information on the launcher, because when you tell someone to uninstall the game they are naturally reluctant to believe you or do it. btw this did fix the issue for me.
