NX credits balance not appearing in Ellora's store

I purchased some nx credits with my credit card through the website and the transaction completed successfully, and I see I now have the nx credits on my review purchases page. However, I cannot see the credits available in Ellora's store in-game? I've tried relogging, refreshing the store etc ... is there something I'm missing or do the credits just take a long time to appear in-game? It's been over 24 hours, and I've already submitted a ticket (no response yet). Also, I was not given a transaction ID or confirmation email for this purchase, and I can't see anywhere to see more information about it.

    but its still not solved
